ATCO Structures & Logistics is a worldwide leader in modular design, manufacturing, and construction. Through our solutions to workforce accommodation, office and commercial buildings, classrooms, hospitals, and hotels we’ve re-imagined how permanent and temporary modular facilities can help communities of all kinds.
This role is initially offered until mid-July, with the potential for extension due to our ongoing growth. You will be located at our Head Office in Luscombe, joining our team and reporting to the Project Manager. We are searching for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to assist with the mobilisation and administration of our workforce.
What You Will Do
As the Mobilisation Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Projects Team whilst ensuring seamless workforce rostering and mobilisation.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
Coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to and from project sites.
Assisting with onboarding and compliance processes, including documentation and inductions.
Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workforce deployment.
Maintaining accurate records of employee travel, site requirements, and accommodation logistics.
Supporting the preparation and submission of compliance, safety, and project-related documentation.
Raising purchase orders and tracking project-related costs.
Assisting in coordinating transportable building deliveries and installations.
Communicating effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Familiarity with mobilisation processes and workforce compliance within mining or construction
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated experience in an administration, mobilisation, or project support role.
Experience in workforce mobilisation within the construction, mining, or engineering industries
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in liaising with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel and SharePoint.
