We pride ourselves on professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent customer experience. As our business grows, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and support ongoing business development across both brands.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing activities for Alt Constructions Group and Altra Flooring.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction or home improvement industry and can create engaging content and campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
You will work closely with management, sales, and operations teams to ensure our marketing efforts are strategic, creative, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies across residential, commercial, renovation, and flooring services
* Manage digital presence: social media (Facebook, Instagram), website content, and online enquiries
* Create and publish marketing content: posts, short videos, project showcases, case studies
* Coordinate campaigns to promote services and completed projects
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver targeted promotions
* Monitor and respond to online customer enquiries professionally
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities
* Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
* Track campaign performance and report outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
* Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Previous experience in marketing, ideally in construction, renovation, or flooring industry
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
* Skilled with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Photography, videography, or visual storytelling skills are a plus
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
Work Conditions
* Position role based in Adelaide
* Flexibility required for site visits, content creation, and occasional events
* Driver's licence preferred
