Forming part of our Coles National Account Management team, this position plays a critical role in our business planning and integrated forecasting process for our Breakfast & Snacks portfolios. You will work closely with National Account Managers, cross functionally and externally with customers to deliver the Kellogg Coles strategy.
This role represents a great opportunity for a driven and talented individual to make a difference in our Sales team and can provide a springboard to a career in Account Management, Category Management or other related disciplines within a large, Global FMCG organisation.

Key responsibilities include:_**
- Coordinating and validating all key account inputs into monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts into the Kellogg forecasting system (K-Tie)
- Managing the end-to-end process for the 'in month' forecast (monthly call)
- Reporting on promotional efficiencies, conducting Customer Marketing Program analysis after promotional campaigns and events
- Developing relationships directly with Coles Demand Planners to align on promotional volumes
- Regularly communicating the key events, launch plans and promotional programs to the National Field team
- Working with Finance to ensure prompt payment of claims and efficient dispute resolution

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
This role will suit someone who is looking to make their move into Account Management, Category Management or similar roles. We have a strong track record of people moving internally after establishing and evolving their skills and experience in this role. Previous experience in Retail and/or FMCG Sales/Territory Management/Sales support roles is sought and from within Grocery is ideal. This role involves a lot of working with data and numbers to draw insights so someone who enjoys and has an aptitude for this type of work. We are in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods industry and it is fast moving so in order to succeed you need to be well organised with the ability to manage often competing priorities. You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders so the ability to build and maintain great working relationships is vital to your success in this role.
