The Role: This is a great opportunity for you to join an iconic leader in the glass industry and to develop your sales skills. Commencing rate of $29.54/hr commission super, with base in creases within your first 12 months. Take 65 – 70 calls a day and provide effective solutions to our customers. Book customers in for repair or replacement of their glass. Upsell our Value Added Products to each customer. Receive coaching and mentoring from your leader to develop your skills. About your Roster: Comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success Training hours: will be Monday to Friday for 4 weeks from 09.00am - 5.00pm. Padstow based head office with free onsite parking. Rotating roster: will be between 8.00am and 10.00pm (Monday-Sunday) around your availability.
