We have 130+ stores located in Australia, New Zealand and Canada, employing 1000+ worldwide. Our in-house designers bring the product to the customer direct from our manufacturers, influenced by the latest global fashion trends.

Our Store Managers oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. They collaborate closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience.

\

This role is suitable for effective and caring leaders who are organised, able to think on their feet and make good decisions that support the continued growth of our brand.

\

The ideal candidate will have:

\
\
1. 1 to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) or higher retail management position.
\
2. Ability to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.
\
3. Tuesday to Saturday availability is preferred.
\
4. Required optical work experience.
\
5. A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to community development.
\
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
\
7. Organisational and time management skills.
\
8. Ability to make informed decisions that drive business results.
\
