We are seeking dedicated nurses for 4-12 week contracts in regional, coastal and remote locations across Australia. As a Locum Mental Health Nurse with cmr, you'll experience a range of meaningful roles across Australia's mental health care landscape. From community outreach to acute interventions, you'll provide critical support and care in:
* Acute Care Mental Health: Work in fast-paced acute care settings, managing urgent mental health crises, stabilising patients, and coordinating with emergency services. Use your crisis intervention skills to make a rapid impact during high-pressure situations.
* Inpatient Units: Deliver consistent, supportive care to individuals requiring more intensive mental health support. You'll manage daily assessments, administer medication, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help stabilise and rehabilitate patients on their path to recovery.
* Community Mental Health: Be a key resource for patients outside the hospital environment, offering case management, comprehensive assessments, and care planning. Criteria:
To excel as a Travel Mental Health Nurse, you should have:
* Qualifications: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions.
