Personal Banker | Community Bank Jurien Bay | WA (Part time)

We're united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we're making it happen. Your role as a Personal Banker (Customer Relationship Officer) is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers' end‐to‐end banking needs.
This is a permanent, part‐time position located in Jurien Bay. The roster is Monday through Friday 9:00am – 3:15pm, 59.5 hours per fortnight.
Responsibilities
* Deliver win‐win solutions for the bank and our customers, developing an expert understanding of customers' goals and designing solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests.
* Keep up with constant change, educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate.
* Guide customers through personalised lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.
* Build connections, support customers, give back to the community and enjoy a fun work environment.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face‐to‐face and over the phone.
* The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.
* Drive for collaboration – mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
* Experience in consumer lending – a plus but not essential.
