Role Description
The North and West Remote Health is seeking dedicated mental health professionals to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our collaborative approach, you will work as part of a stepped care model, delivering high-quality client-centered mental health assessment, treatment, and/or case coordination services.
Our ideal candidate will be culturally sensitive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and autonomously. They will possess high-level communication and connection skills to establish and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with individuals, teams, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver quality client-centered mental health assessment, treatment, and/or case coordination services
* Work collaboratively as part of a stepped care model
* Establish and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with clients, teams, and partners
* Be adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
Requirements:
* Registered Psychologist (Provisional Psychologists welcome)
* Mental Health Accredited Nurse (Mental Health Nurses eligible or working towards ACMHN considered)
* Mental Health Accredited Social Worker
* Mental Health Occupational Therapist
* Current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's Licence
* Right to live and work in Australia
