A unique opportunity exists for a Contract Coordination Manager to join us at City of Newcastle (CN) to lead the delivery of key contract management functions and drive continual improvement across our systems, processes and integrations. This is a pivotal role shaping how we deliver safe, efficient and high‐quality services to our community.
As our Contract Coordination Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of civil infrastructure projects and programs across the Local, Regional and State Road network, including management of the Road Maintenance Council Contract and Regional Road Block Grant fund. With 6 direct and 28 indirect reports; your leadership will ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
With responsibility for significant budgets and diverse project portfolios, you will bring expert-level financial, project and people management capabilities, underpinned by deep knowledge of civil engineering principles and their practical application.
