What’s the role? Shape program strategy & scope: Support framing of strategic options, sequencing/prioritisation and materials for Executive forums. Design interim & target operating models: Assist integrating process, people, data and technology; help produce clear, evidence‑based designs and business cases. Maintain the integrated roadmap: Help build and update the business technology delivery roadmap; flag critical‑path issues early. Quantify value: Build baseline financial and scenario models; interpret data to test assumptions and inform investment recommendations under guidance. Support transition readiness: Track divisional prerequisites (workforce shape, property footprint, data quality, controls) and report gaps to enable smooth migration. Support delivery hand‑off: Prepare design artefacts for Discovery/Delivery teams to ensure speed, fidelity and quality of execution. Upskill & raise the bar: Develop skills in structured problem‑solving, quantitative analysis and executive storytelling—contributing to a culture of high standards. Collaborate across domains: Work with design teams spanning Consumer, Business & Wealth, Operations and Group units (“Downstream”). What do I need? To be successful in this position you should have the below skills/experience: Experience/Potential: 0–2 years in strategy, analytics, consulting, finance or similar; high‑potential graduates encouraged. Analytical mindset: Uses structured logic and frameworks to break problems down and form initial hypotheses. Numerical capability: Proficient in Excel/analytics tools; able to build clean models and interpret data accurately. Communication: Produces clear slides and written summaries; iterates based on feedback. Drive & learning agility: Demonstrates curiosity, resilience and commitment to high standards.
