We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join this high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a respected Senior Property Manager and deliver an exceptional standard of service within a highly refined portfolio.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support an outstanding Senior Property Manager. In this Monday to Friday position, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless property management experience by following well-established systems and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding promptly to rental enquiries via phone and email
* Conducting open homes and private inspections
* Carrying out routine inspections
* Preparing lease agreements and coordinating lease sign-ups
* Managing maintenance requests and repairs
* Completing reference checks for prospective tenants
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants

Skills and Experience:

* Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential
* Current Certificate of Registration and valid driver's license
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service focus and ability to build rapport
* Highly professional and well-organised
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
