Regional IT Support Specialist
As a Regional IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers with information technology needs. Your role will involve working closely with regional teams to ensure that service level agreements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality support to customers. You will also have a good understanding of commonly used computing platforms, as well as specialized teaching and research solutions.
