Job Purpose
To operate the asphalt plant and mobile plant to ensure the production of material in accordance with specified standards and customer order requirements.

As part of our ongoing commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency, we are seeking a proactive Asphalt Plant Operative to join our dedicated production team. This role would suit an individual who is a safety‐conscious team player looking for a rewarding career in asphalt production.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating the asphalt plant in accordance with production schedules and Eurovia Roadstone's quality standards.
* Monitor, control, and adjust plant settings to ensure consistent production and compliance with mix specifications.
* Carry out daily plant inspections and ensure all equipment is maintained to safe operating standards.
* Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs in line with planned maintenance schedules.
* Load and manage incoming raw materials.
* Maintain accurate production and stock records, ensuring traceability and compliance with company systems.
* Liaise with the Quality Control team to ensure that all mixes meet technical and customer requirements.
* Promote and adhere to Eurovia Roadstone's health, safety, and environmental standards, reporting any incidents or near misses immediately.
* Support the continuous improvement of site operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
* Undertake other site duties as required, including mobile plant operation if appropriately trained.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Fixed Plant process operations and mobile plant operations.
