Job Title: Director, Quality Care Pharmacy Program
The Quality Care Pharmacy Program focuses on continuous improvement of community pharmacy services.
This position provides leadership and strategic direction to the QCPP team, supporting a collaborative environment to achieve objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and strategic direction to the QCPP team.
* Contribute to guild strategic objectives by ensuring development of strategies aligned to guild priorities.
* Develop and oversee business plans that support QCPP objectives and align with guild priorities.
* Enable strategic and operational planning to support practical implementation.
* Drive a continuous improvement environment through quality initiatives and projects.
* Demonstrate high-level networking and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide high-level advice on accreditation and quality management matters.
* Contract management of QCPP assessment services.
* Review trending analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
* Coordinate the QCPP governance framework.
* Maintain QCPP viability through effective financial, performance, and risk management.
