This is a leadership role that involves collaborating with staff and consumers to co-design healthcare services.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to support strong partnerships with consumers across the health district, elevating them as key partners in the development of healthcare services.
Key responsibilities include promoting opportunities for consumer input and consultation, keeping consumers informed and engaged, and driving patient-centered care.
Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in a health-related field or community development, or previous experience in consumer and community engagement.
* Proven experience in leading initiatives that involve engaging staff and consumers to co-design or improve healthcare services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
