What You'll Do: * Lead our fantastic team in delivering exceptional customer service. * Work within budgets and KPIs to deliver operational targets. * Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS rules. * Recruit, train and motivate instore team. * Plan and manage day to day operations of the store. * Roster and manage labour costs of the business. * Collaborate with head office on marketing materials. * Respond to and manage customer complaints. * Report on various operational aspects of the business. About you: * Previous retail or hospitality management experience. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. * Passion for gelato and creating a fun, engaging experience for customers.
