Concession Manager Role
This position plays a pivotal role in retail leadership, working closely with the Retail Brand Manager to drive brand performance across multiple concession pads.
You will achieve this through sales strategies, people management, visual merchandising/brand presentation, rostering and labour management, and customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Drive sales and rankings across all brands and pads
2. Team Leadership: Establish strong working relationships and regular communication with Myer store and floor management teams
3. Talent Development: Leadership and team management, including attracting, engaging, and retaining talent, building team capability, and succession planning
4. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experience through on-brand teams and product knowledge
5. Visual Presentation: Ensure all pads are presented and merchandised in line with each brand's standard
6. Operations Management: Operations, planning, and administration
About You:
* Previous management experience within a retail environment
* Demonstrates a passion for fashion and retail with a professional personal presentation
* Experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Ability to coach and provide feedback to build individual and team capability
