Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accounting & Finance
Our established recruitment team is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to oversee the growth of our Finance and Accounting capability. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary and quarterly commission structure.

About You
You will be a proactive recruitment consultant, always seeking opportunities to grow your market share by finding career opportunities within the Accounting and Finance space for your candidates and top talent for your clients. You're a confident networker and take ownership of your market vertical.
What your day-to-day will look like
* Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients in the Finance and Accounting space
* Manage a database of candidates seeking careers in these professions
* Reach out to prospective candidates via online tools and social platforms
* Respond to job orders, match suitable candidates, and submit CVs
* Consult with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure success
* Focus on growing your desk, seeking new opportunities to increase market share and revenue
* Understand our customers to deliver great value
Skills and Experience
* Experience in recruitment within a Finance-related discipline is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build and grow relationships with clients and candidates
* Proven team player
* Knowledge of the Finance/Accounting industry is highly regarded
* Ability to balance sales and customer service skills
