This is an ongoing full-time position to work with the Country Fire Authority (CFA) as an Administrator. The role is based in Bairnsdale and involves working across districts.
* Coordinating administrative requirements including support to meetings, agenda preparation, venue and catering management
* Providing high-quality documentation, data and training material support
* Database and systems administration support
* Training instructor and course scheduling coordination
* Communication and correspondence management
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with proven skills in document drafting, correspondence, reports, MS Office, database management and financial systems exposure
