Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with stakeholders to support project delivery and outcomes
* Plan, deliver, and monitor project tasks independently and proactively
* Prepare and maintain project documentation for diverse audiences
* Undertake administrative and coordination tasks following project methodology
* Maintain and use databases to support reporting, monitoring, and evaluation
* Respond to student and provider enquiries, draft correspondence, and executive briefings
* Contribute to broader team initiatives and perform other duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience coordinating projects and monitoring progress
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work flexibly
* Ability to make sound decisions with autonomy for moderately complex tasks
* Experience supervising staff and managing team workflow
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
