What You'll Be Doing Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this diverse role will manage a portfolio of accounts (Bunnings, independent hardware customers and paint specialist stores) and act as a leader within the NSW Sales team, providing coaching and development to Sales Executives to deliver growth in profit and volume.
Working across a key territory (including suburbs in the metro Sydney area) you will focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth, building strong relationships, and adding value to your customers through providing exceptional customer service.
From an operational level you will monitor strategy and input to the portfolio business plans ensuring compliance and continuous improvement with store standards.

Proven experience in account management and/or business development within big box retail, preferably hardware Leadership experience in managing or mentoring a sales and/or merchandising teams Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and build a strong rapport with stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communications with strong negotiation and influencing skills Resilience and the ability to work autonomously A driven, enthusiastic and positive work ethic Why Join Us?
