About the Role
You'll be working as part of a small, specialised team as a Primavera System Coordinator within the Sydney Trains Engineering & Maintenance, Asset Management division. You'll be responsible for the system administration and providing subject matter expertise for the Sydney Trains Enterprise Project system (i.e. Primavera P6), which is used to optimise the integrated planning and delivery of more than 1,000 Major Periodic Maintenance, Capital and External projects per year. The role is also integral to continuous improvement practices for Sydney Trains processes and systems, assisting project teams in developing the optimal to-be state. Responsibilities
System administration of Primavera P6
Providing subject matter expertise for the Sydney Trains Enterprise Project system
Assisting project teams in developing the optimal to-be state and continuous improvement practices
Coordinating and delivering training sessions to users
Working as part of a small, specialised team within the Engineering & Maintenance, Asset Management division
Qualifications
Project scheduling experience, ideally in Primavera P6
Experience with SAP, MS Excel; BI reporting is an added advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
Solid understanding of project management best practices including managing cost, resources, and time
Accountable, proactive, and ready to thrive in a changing environment
Ability to coordinate and deliver training sessions to a range of users
