We are currently seeking applications for a full-time Parts Interpreter at our Kalgoorlie branch.
Job Description
To provide sales support and process sales orders in line with business processes and to meet customer requirements. This position is the first point of call for customer enquiries over the phone and counter and a high level of customer service is required. Speed, accuracy and relevant product knowledge is required to be successful in this position. Internal Sales team members work closely with warehouse and dispatch team members to ensure customers' orders are correct.
Qualifications
You understand the benefits of Safety and like to work in a safe manner at all times.
Ideally you will be enthusiastic and eager to learn with an interest in mechanical parts.
You must have a desire to work with and support our customers, this is a must!
You will possess exceptional communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.
You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, where you will be able to multitask and prioritise.
You will have good administrative skills, and intermediate ability on a computer.
Previous experience in automotive part sales and phone sales is an advantage but not a necessity.
Forklift license preferred, but not a necessity.
Juniors encouraged to apply.
Availability to work a Saturday working roster.
