About the role
Due to an internal promotion within our Australian Practice Innovation and Knowledge team, we have an exciting opportunity for an Innovation Coordinator. This role would suit someone currently in a similar role or a Legal Secretary/administrator with advanced skills in project coordination.
What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Manager, Practice Innovation and Knowledge your main responsibilities will include:
* assisting the Manager, Practice Innovation and Knowledge with practice innovation activities and tasks
* providing administration/project support to the Australian Innovation Committee
* leading the day-to-day management and set up of HighQ (legal business management & operations software)
* implementing changes and updates to the Practice Innovation and Knowledge intranet page
* process mapping to identify and implement business improvement opportunities
* assisting with prototyping legal technology applications and other business software
* supporting, preparing and delivering design thinking exercises, sprints and hackathons
About you

In order to succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised individual with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external clients and display excellent communication, administration and project coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and advanced skills in Microsoft Office are also required. Prior experience in HighQ administration or SharePoint coding would be desirable but not essential.
