We are seeking two Customer Service & Administration Officers to serve as the first point of contact for our passengers, providing exceptional service and support across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a friendly face for our passengers, answering questions and providing travel information.
* Assist customers with ticketing, reservations, and sales to ensure a seamless journey.
* Support our drivers and maintain a comfortable travel experience for everyone.
* Assist passengers with luggage handling when required.
* Handle phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer spaces.
* Ensure cash handling and transactions are secure and accurate.
* Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, to keep your local community thriving.
What We're Looking For:
