Job Description
The Sales Assistant role is a key contributor in assisting Account Executives to enhance their client service engagement within the Sunshine Coast region.
* Deliver customer-focused services to clients.
* Develop skills in media buying and planning, and understand the media landscape.
* Create, book, place, and maintain advertising for client TV campaigns based on target audience.
* Manage internal system processes, ensure placement of advertising material for TV campaigns and regular engagement with internal departments.
* Develop and maintain client relationships internally and externally.
* Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Sales Manager.
* Perform receptionist duties when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You will be a proactive, detail-oriented, organisational, and client-focused administrator who is eager to learn and grow within the media industry.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills.
* Great time management with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
* Willingness to learn a variety of tasks.
