A reputable accounting firm is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will have strong financial management skills and be proficient in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
Accounts payable and receivable management
Payroll processing
Bank reconciliations
Processing Superannuation, IAS, and BAS lodgements
Supervise and train junior staff members
Work closely with and report to the Senior Accountant
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
Ability to complete BAS and IAS lodgements independently
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
High level of attention to detail
