The PositionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead and manage the Western Australian commercial and contracts function for RSGx based in Perth. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring contractual compliance, and overseeing project delivery across multiple high-value electrical infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the Commercial function for the WA business unit, ensuring operational excellence and profitability. Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage all contractual and financial aspects of projects, including risk assessment and mitigation. Support tendering, bid preparation, and lead negotiation of major contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Provide leadership and mentoring to project and commercial teams. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry standards. Monitor project performance, budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial targets. About You Proven experience in a senior commercial or contract management role within electrical construction or related industries. Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and commercial frameworks. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline (desirable).
