Your new opportunity
Located in Wollondilly/Campbelltown/Camden, the role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space.
Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
The key responsibility areas revolve around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed residential valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills.
You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
* Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
* CPV status with significant experience in the residential valuation space
* Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
* Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
