They are seeking a **Sales and Marketing Administrator** for their Jandakot location, who has great communication and customer service skills to build rapport with their diverse client base and international team.
**About the role**
You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work collaboratively with their team of 3 Business Development Managers. Your aim is to collate up-to-date global tender material, including personnel CVs, company project experience, technical documentation, and corporate information, as well as, manage all client online procurement systems. Moreover, you will organise and represent the company at corporate conferences and events, and collaborate with the BDMs and Regional Sales Manager to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Some other tasks you will be responsible for are:
- Preparing quotes, proposals and tenders
- Managing document control
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Agenda preparation and minute taking
- Organising travel, accommodation and purchasing
- Preparing and distributing marketing materials
- Managing social media platforms and advertising
