Join the Glenorchy City Council Building and Plumbing team
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced plumbing professional to join our passionate and forward-thinking Building and Plumbing team at Glenorchy Council. The successful candidate must be licensed as a Plumbing Certifier (Cert IV) or Plumber (Cert III), hold a current Tasmanian Plumbing Licence and a current driver's licence.
This position is a permanent full-time role, working a 9-day fortnight and requests for flexibility are welcomed.
At Glenorchy Council, you'll be exposed to a diverse and growing municipality, encompassing a mix of industrial, commercial, and residential matters.
As the successful applicant, you'll be part of a motivated team of innovative professionals focused on delivering quality outcomes. You will be required to act as a permit authority, assess and issue permits and deal with the plumbing compliance matters as they relate to Council's obligations under the Building Act 2016.

* Salary $94,185.00 to $104,056.45
