Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and diagnose faults and failures in our systems
* Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
* Review client-initiated tickets and coordinate with other teams as needed
* Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system performance
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Computers, Software or Telecommunication Engineering
* Good knowledge of railway signalling systems, software and hardware
* Experience with railway operations such as ERTMS/ETCS, CBTC, Interlocking, ATP Systems
* Knowledge of Australian Railway Safety standards
* Ability to interact with signalling sub-systems across the project team for technical convergence
