Supply Chain Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution of logistics processes.
* Manage global inbound freight (sea, air, courier) to guarantee on-time arrival
* Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers to optimize cost efficiency
* Collaborate closely with the Production team to track orders and support critical path activities
* Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations
* Detailed knowledge of international freight practices, 3PL/warehousing/distribution operations, and customs/import compliance
* Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and resolve complex issues
