Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front-of-house team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a hybrid role where no two days are the same, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming Walk-in Customers: Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience from the moment they step into our dealership.
* Phone Calls and Enquiries: Answer phone calls promptly and politely, directing customers to the relevant department or resolving their queries efficiently.
* Online Bookings and Enquiries: Manage online service bookings and customer enquiries, providing timely updates and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Admin Support: Assist the admin and service teams with day-to-day tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.
* Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the showroom front area, ensuring it remains neat, welcoming, and organised at all times.
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent Communication Skills: A friendly, confident communicator with a passion for customer service.
* Multitasking and Organisation: Excellent multitasking and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Basic Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in reception or admin roles is preferred but not essential.
