This position will play a key role in providing high-quality care, tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient.Key responsibilities include:Provide treatment and care that has been co-designed with the consumer and is based on a clear structured treatment approach involving shared monitoring of progressProvide service from a range of evidence-based, clinically indicated and trauma informed psychological therapiesFacilitate communication transfers, and referral pathways into Area Mental Health and Wellbeing services, as clinically indicatedProvide secondary consultation for staff employed within the Local for complex case presentationsWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team, process and provide sound discipline-specific advice to other clinicians within the team and guidance to more junior staff and studentsQualifications/experience required:Bachelor Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Occupational TherapyMinimum of 5 years’ experienceDemonstrated knowledge, experience and skills in the provision of psychological interventions, and the application of assessment and interventionsWell-developed interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilitiesPost Graduate QualificationsWorking for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
