Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an EL1 Assistant Director IAC Secretariat. This position is located in their busy Geelong or Richmond offices for an initial contract until 30 June 2026.
About the Position
The EL1 Assistant Director, Independent Advisory Council role is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work and sensitive work that delivers quality outcomes across functions of the Independent Advisory. This role will be the secretariat lead for the Company First Nations Reference Group Council.
Duties
* Development of strong stakeholder relationships with the company and their reference group members
* Coordination, preparation and distribution of meeting papers consistent with the terms of reference requirements.
* Ensuring all papers are in plain English and accessible to people with a disability and cultural.
* Managing meeting logistics, including attendance and travel and ensuring that the cultural and disability support needs are met.
