Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Generation Specialist to join us on-site in Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and marketing campaigns. You will qualify leads, manage CRM systems, and ensure accurate data updates. Collaborating with sales teams, you will devise lead generation strategies, align initiatives with company goals, and prepare detailed reports to track progress and performance. Additionally, you will stay current on industry trends to optimize lead acquisition methods and contribute to overall business development objectives.

Qualifications

* Proven expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and client research
* Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with prospects and supporting the sales team
* Proficient in using CRM platforms and online tools for lead management
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for working within a team and executing impactful pitches
* Analytical mindset to monitor and optimize lead generation strategies
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
* Prior experience in digital transformation, cloud services, or related fields is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
