Trainee Pest Control Technicians
* Above award hourly rate + super

About the Role
You'll deliver high-quality pest management services across residential and commercial customers, including:
* Conducting thorough inspections and carrying out effective treatments
* Identifying pest issues and providing informed, practical solutions
* Building and maintaining strong, long‐term customer relationships
* Representing the Flick brand with professionalism, integrity, and pride
Trainees are fully supported through every stage of their training and licensing.
About You
We're open to:
Trainee Technicians (no experience required – training and licence included)
Licensed Timber Pest Technicians
You'll ideally have:
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Current valid driver's licence
* White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Pest Management Licence (for licensed/Timber Pest Inspector roles)
