As the Manager of the Mathematics and Statistics Learning Centre (MSLC) at the University of Melbourne, you'll lead a dynamic team in delivering innovative, large-scale teaching and learning support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide Administrative Leadership: Oversee MSLC operations, aligning with the school's education strategy and University-wide initiatives.
* Manage Educational Systems and Processes : Implement and evaluate programs, technologies, and systems to support large-scale mathematics and statistics teaching.
* Foster Inclusive Learning: Develop initiatives to improve student equity, accessibility, and learning outcomes for diverse cohorts.
* Lead Professional Development: Supervise and mentor staff, manage tutor recruitment and training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Note that this is a professional staff managerial position and does not include any direct classroom t eaching .
