About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager, internally titled Sales & Education Consultant, to take ownership of our Western Australia territory, based in Perth.
This is not your typical sales role. It combines account management, business development and hands‐on education, giving you full ownership of both the commercial and brand experience across your accounts.
You'll work across metro Perth with regular regional travel, including occasional overnight stays.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build and grow strong relationships across salons, barbers, retailers and wholesalers
* Drive sales performance and brand growth across your territory
* Deliver engaging product education, demonstrations and in‐store training
* Support launches, promotions, events and trade activations
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Work closely with our national sales and marketing team to execute campaigns in market
* Take ownership of your territory, managing it like your own business
About You
You're someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships and bringing brands to life.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
* Experience in sales, BDM or a similar role (hair, beauty, barbering or FMCG highly regarded)
* Minimum 1‐2 years of sales experience is required
* Confident delivering education, training or product demonstrations
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive results
* Highly organised and comfortable working autonomously A natural communicator who builds trust easily
* Passion for the hair and beauty industry
