We are seeking a skilled culinary expert to fill the position of Head Chef.
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Possess a strong understanding of traditional mainstream Asian cuisines, including knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient sourcing, and menu planning.
* Have experience preparing a variety of dishes, including fried, steamed, roasted, and poached main courses.
* Demonstrate expertise in cooking noodles, rice, bean curd, and vegetable side dishes.
* Show proficiency in traditional baked pastry, dumpling, and rice flour buns.
Requirements
* AQF Cert IV qualification + minimum 3 years of experience for a full-time position.
* National Employment Standard (NES) compliance.
