Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Teachers to fill key positions in the Victorian Government Department of Education's Outer Eastern area.
* As a Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering educational programs to all Victorian government schools in the Outer Eastern area.
* Collaborate with school staff and students to implement disability inclusion strategies.
* Provide expert training and support to schools on implementing inclusive practices.
* Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to achieve high-quality outcomes.
* Qualifications as a Teacher.
* Current VIT registration.
* 5+ years of experience working in/with schools.
* Extensive knowledge of child development, disabilities or learning challenges that students may experience.
* Strong understanding of the principles of inclusion in education.
* Understanding of a strengths-based approach.
* Experience in group facilitation.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to write concise and accurate reports.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* Valid Australian driver license and reliable own car.
