Job Description What will you be doing?Deliver service excellence from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.Perform a variety of front office tasks, including selling hotel facilities, taking reservations, and maintaining guest accounts.Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times.Answer all telephone calls professionally according to brand standards.Reconcile cashier floats at the end of each shift.Brief non-ALL - Accor Live Limitless members on features and benefits and assist with signing up to the loyalty program. Qualifications Your skills and experience include:Previous customer service experience in a hotel environment.Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and preferably Opera Cloud.Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and resolve issues quickly.Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.A genuine customer service focus and dedication to making guests smile during their stay.Availability to work a seven-day rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts.Valid Australian working rights.
