- Answering phones
- Provide admin support to senior managers
- Some claims duties
- Data Entry
- Prior medical or device admin skills desired
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong stakeholder management skill
- Effective relationship management
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet and or exceed KPI's
- Efficient time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Positive and personable
- Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel
