The role is being offered as a hybridarrangement (typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from home) to benegotiated with the successful candidate. SoftLabs is seeking EL1 Senior SystemsAdministrator for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in ACT.
Job details
The Commercial Application and DeliverySection within the Business Solutions Branch of DFAT's Information Managementand Technology Division, has a requirement for a labour-hire resource to fillthe role ofMicrosoft Systems Administratorto provide level 3business-as-usual (BAU) support services for critical ICT systems and work withproject teams to prepare and implement solution designs. The successful candidatewill work under section leadership, work as part of a team of systemadministrators, take ownership of one or more technologies providing specialistskills, and support other system administrators by providing back-up support intheir areas of expertise.
Specialist skills are sought in thefollowing key technology areas:
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration(Microsoft Dynamics on-premises and Dynamics 365).
* Microsoft Active Directory FederatedServices (v4 and later) and Azure EntraId administration, in particular tomanage Single Sign-On configuration between partner agencies and TLS/SSLcertificate renewals.
* Microsoft Azure administration, inparticular to manage Devops releases and integration connector services.
Key duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Lead and be responsible for the level 3support of one or more technologies in the Department, with back-up supportfrom similarly skilled system administrators; and in turn provide back-upsupport to other system administrators in their areas of expertise; and
* Involved in project design reviews andsupport implementation of solution designs and transition into service.
The Skills Framework for the InformationAge (SFIA) has been used to inform the requirements. In summary, DFAT seeks asuitable candidate with the following relevant skill sets:
Skills/Levels:
* Availability management (AVMT) - Level 5
* Identity and access management (IAMT) -Level 3
* Problem management (PBMG) - Level 3
* Software configuration (PORT) - Level 3
* System software administration (SYSP) -Level 4
* Systems installation and removal (HSIN) -Level 4
* Systems integration and build (SINT) -Level 3
Please note:
The successful candidate will be requiredto be part of a shared on-call roster to provide after-hours on-call support,including weekends and public holidays up to a maximum of 122 days perannum.
* Minimum 5+ years of providingadministration and level-3 support of ICT systems.
* Specialist ICT skills in Microsoft DynamicsCRM administration (Microsoft Dynamics on-premises and Dynamics 365).
* Specialist ICT skills in Microsoft ActiveDirectory Federated Services (v4 and later) and Azure EntraId administration,in particular to manage Single Sign-On configuration between partner agenciesand TLS/SSL certificate renewals.

* Minimum NV1 security clearance, with theability to seek an NV2 clearance during the engagement.

* Experience in administrating Azure devopspipelines for releases.
