As a Senior Financial Operations Officer, you will be responsible for driving transformative change in financial operations by delivering in-house finance, payroll, and systems services. You will provide expert strategic guidance, lead initiatives to build a modern, efficient, and culturally safe financial operations function.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations, with the ability to develop SOPs, service frameworks, and provide expert financial advice to support operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering Accurate and Timely Financial Operations Services
* Supporting Transition of Financial Operations to an In-House Model
* Developing SOPs and Service Frameworks
* Providing Expert Financial Advice to Support Operational Objectives
* Managing Accounts Payable/Receivable, Vendor/Customer Data, Payroll Operations, and Credit Card Programs
* Supporting Audit Readiness, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Finance, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in financial operations, payroll, or systems management is essential.
