We are seeking a qualified educator to lead a team of early childhood educators in a part-time role. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe environment for children, and provide high-quality care and educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations in an allocated room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
* Lead and mentor a team of educators, guiding them to develop their skills and knowledge.
* Plan and implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Build strong relationships with children and families, actively communicating about progress and outcomes.
Requirements
* A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* At least 3 years' experience working as a room leader or similar role in childcare.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and national quality standards.
