Job Overview
This position is responsible for driving business growth and managing a portfolio of clients across Western Australia's mining and processing sector.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work on-site with engineers and maintenance teams to deliver value-adding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage existing accounts while identifying new opportunities across major WA mining projects.
2. Sell a portfolio of pumps, flow-control products, wear parts, and protective linings used in slurry transport and processing circuits.
3. Advising clients on solutions for piping systems, chutes, hoppers, launders, cyclones, and dust suppression equipment.
4. Engage with process engineers, maintenance planners, reliability managers, and procurement stakeholders to scope, quote, and deliver technical solutions.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets, while reporting insights on market activity.
6. Regular regional travel to mine sites in the Goldfields, Pilbara, and Mid-West.

Requirements:
* 5+ years in technical sales to mining or heavy industries.
* Hands-on knowledge and an understanding of slurry pumps, piping systems, wear-resistant materials, or flow-control equipment.
* The ability to translate technical performance benefits into clear commercial outcomes.
* Proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving targets.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Metallurgy, or Business (desirable, not essential).
* Current Australian driver's license and flexibility to travel.
