You'll undertake preventative maintenance, health checks, patching, backups, privileged access management, and change control activities while acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex issues. Working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, you'll help ensure systems remain secure, available, compliant, and operationally effective in high-security environments.
