Job Description:
As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our patrons and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance with queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Utilize cash handling principles and Point of Sale systems to maintain accurate transactions
* Offer membership information and sell memberships to new and renewing customers
* Promote center services and programs to customers and manage bookings and enrolments
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and promote good public relations
* Ensure secure and safe opening and closing procedures for the centre
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer literacy and software proficiency
* Previous experience in the leisure industry is highly desirable
* Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
* Current CPR Certificate
* Police Check and Working with Children Check
